Project Background

The Pingyang County Food Waste Recycling and Resource Utilization Center PPP Project is a key livelihood project in Pingyang County, receiving high-level attention from provincial and municipal leadership. Located at No. 29 Meipu Road, Qianjin Village, Aojiang Town, Pingyang County, the project covers a total construction land area of 17,857.2 square meters, with a building area of 5,112.92 square meters. The project is designed for a food waste processing capacity of 175 tons per day (including 120 t/d of restaurant waste, 50 t/d of kitchen waste, and 5 t/d of waste oil). Major structures include a pretreatment workshop, wastewater treatment workshop, biogas treatment system, comprehensive office building, and other facilities, with a total investment of approximately 120 million yuan.
