Founded in November 1994 and headquartered in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, LSHM has grown steadily over the years, appointed Caterpillar dealer in East China, North China, Northeast China, and Taiwan. Leveraging its expertise and strengths in construction machinery, engines and generator sets, green and clean energy products, the company has successfully transformed from solely providing complete machine and parts sales as well as maintenance services into a total solution provider integrating operations, sales, and services.

Our group has established more than 170 in East and North China. Its business scope covers new equipment sales (including various types of construction machinery, engines, and generator sets), used equipment remanufacturing and sales, new energy products (including PV, microgrids, and gas solutions), diversified equipment rental, and comprehensive after-sales support and maintenance services, steadily growing into a group headquarters economy. To better serve customers, strengthen supporting capabilities, and enhance competitiveness, Lei Shing Hong established a logistics company in 2007, focusing on construction machinery logistics and transportation as well as other domestic logistics and warehousing services; in 2008, it invested in establishing Suzhou’s first finance leasing company approved by the national Ministry of Commerce, with a registered capital of USD 200 million, specializing in services for construction machinery, sedans, new energy products, and precision-machining equipment. In 2018, the Lei Shing Hong Digital Innovation Center was established in Kunshan, enabling the digital transformation of services. In 2019, Lei Shing Hong Energy (LSHE) was established, marking a full-scale move into the PV and microgrid businesses. In August 2012, the company was recognized by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce as one of the first regional headquarters of multinational corporations in Jiangsu Province; in January 2013, it was recognized by the Suzhou Municipal People’s Government as one of the first batch of headquarters enterprises in Suzhou.
